The first goal of the CLSR is the rehabilitation of the Caretaker's House. This will include security, weather proofing, ADA compliance and preparation for program development. 

The next phase will be the restoration of the house, balancing historic preservation with adaptive reuse.

We believe that the Caretaker's House will provide an engaging setting for educational and community events.
