The “Sunshine Blue” bench is a collaboration between and was donated by two local craftspeople: mosaic artist Lynn Torno and Jillpoke Woodworks. The mosaic was inspired by the Marine Drive garden of Steve and Laurie Satushek, gardeners and mosaic artists in their own right. The bench is made of scrap and other western red cedar, thrift store china, ceramic tile and glass. The wood surfaces have been  sealed with three coats of nontoxic, water-based spar varnish.  The bench is approximately 48" long and 16" wide.
